Our One Trip Containers are backed by a 25-Year Structural Warranty from the date of purchase. When used for their intended purpose as a storage container, they are guaranteed to remain structurally sound and manufactured to the highest industry standards.

Our Wind & Watertight (WWT) and Cargo Worthy containers include a 10-Year Wind & Watertight Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty guarantees that your container will remain weather-resistant, protecting your contents from wind and water intrusion under normal operating conditions.

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers defects in the original container materials or workmanship when the container is used for its intended purpose. If a covered defect is identified during the warranty period, Global Prime Logistics will, at its discretion, repair the affected area or provide an appropriate replacement solution.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal wear and cosmetic aging
• Misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Improper lifting, stacking, transportation, or overloading
• Unauthorized modifications or structural alterations
• Fire, flooding, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, hail, lightning, or other natural disasters
• Accidents, vandalism, theft, or impacts
• Corrosion or deterioration caused by chemicals, saltwater exposure, or environmental contamination
• Paint damage, decals, coatings, or surface finishes applied after purchase

Containers that have been modified after manufacture (including doors, windows, HVAC systems, electrical installations, insulation, or structural alterations) may have different warranty terms depending on the scope of the modification. Please contact our team for warranty details specific to modified units.

New refrigerated (reefer) containers include the manufacturer's warranty covering refrigeration equipment and engine components. Structural coverage for the container itself remains subject to the applicable Global Prime Logistics warranty; refrigeration components are covered solely under the manufacturer's terms.
